We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Officer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Applicants should not be more than 35years

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Monitor day to day operations of chemical materials in warehouse.
  • Work with Finance team on monthly physical stock check and variance analysis report.
  • Manage the receipt of raw materials and packing materials; Goods Received Note.
  • Manage inventory and ensure safe storage of all chemical materials without expiry or damage.
  • Ensure FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) inventory management system is followed to achieve no expiry of raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
  • Taking records of general stock
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical checking and counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintain and manage inventories accurately
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate (B.Sc) in any Social Science decipline.
  • Must have working experience of 3 to 5 years in warehouse management or supervision
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Adequate computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
  • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
  • Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution
  • Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference
  • Provides management information to the warehouse management (experience in areas of product costing, keeping accounting records & Reconciliations).
  • Identifies cost and asset utilisation improvement opportunities, and co-development of solutions.
  • Assists in providing Supply Chain warehouse information required for forecasting and strategic planning to the Finance Team
  • Provides information to Financial Accountant about local suppliers and all other financial inputs.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Accountancy or Finance
  • Experience: 3-5 years work experience
  • An MBA / M.Sc. in Accounting and other professional certifications are added advantages.
  • Good experience in data management systems.
  • Applicants should not be more than 35years .
