Job Title: National Sales Manager (Pharma)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies for the company.
  • Responsible for achieving the national sales target of the company.
  • Supervise and monitor the national sales team.

Qualifications

  • Should be a graduate with 10 – 15 years of experience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM but no lower than the role of RSM or ZSM.
  • Exposure to having worked in a business involving both Rx and OTC products and in a retail-driven trade environment would be an added advantage.

Specific Skills:

  • Should be a peoples person with Strong team building/ nurturing and mentoring capabilities
  • Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high achievement orientation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the commercial/ trade practices in a retail-drive number /retail environment.
