Job Summary
- Cornergate Realtors is a market leader in the real estate industry in Nigeria. With hundreds of sales closed since 2015.
- We are seeking new and experienced realtors who reside in Lekki/Ajah to join our ranks.
- Agents will carry out strategic prospecting methods to find new clients who want to sell or buy real estate.
- Becoming a realtor is not for everyone as it is a lifestyle choice. If you are tired of the 8-to-5 job, building other people’s businesses, or being stuck in an office, this might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads for suitable properties and clients.
- Foster client relationships.
- Represent buyers and sellers on real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND.
- Active real estate agent or has the determination to become one.
- Great communication skills.
- Hardworking and optimistic.
- Resides on the island or lekki/Ajah.
- Ability to use the internet proficiently.

Compensation
- Real estate agents are entrepreneurs who are not paid a salary but commission.
- This also means there is no limit to how much you can make.
- Full-time realtors at Cornergate Realtors make between 2.5 to 3.5 million in their first year. And it grows significantly afterward.
