Job Brief

  • We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to join our super team.
  • The Sales Executives will discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to showcase our products, we’d like to meet you.

Qualification & Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND
  • 3-10 years of working experience in a manufacturing company
  • Sales Experience in Plastic & Polymers Industries,
  • B2B sales Experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Target driven
  • Should be capable of making a marketing & sales promotion plan and must be tech-savvy.
  • Age: 35 years below

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating revenue through sales in domestic market
  • Increase the sales volume through regular follow up with dealer and distributors collection
  • Generate Order, quoting to the completion of order
  • Serve as Link between Customers, Head Office, Factory.
  • Leverage existing relationships in target industries to develop new customers, and meet sales targets
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

Salary
Negotiable.
