Robeck Locks established in 2001 out of a need to bring into the marketplace stylish lockset at affordable prices without compromise on quality, functionality and durability. We import and distribute a wide range of quality fashionable door lockset and accessories to the trade and construction companies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: General Manager

Job Function

  • Develop new business in line with company objectives, lead and motivate a strong sales team to meet agreed targets
  • Maximising store sales
  • Adhering to store budgets and meeting project targets
  • Controlling and maintaining company and store standard and procedures
  • Managing, motivating and developing the various teams
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Traning and development of the team
  • Maximising business opportunities
  • Monitor and communicate financial result
  • Keep up to date with competitor’s products and affairs

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required

  • Candidate should possess Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience
  • Energetic
  • Pro-active
  • Customer focus
  • Sales Orientated
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Ability to deal with pressure and situations
  • Strong drive and passion for products and retail in general
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Enthusiasm and determination to succeed

Other Requirement or Information:

  • Thrive on working in a target and KPI focused environment
  • Working knowledge of banking and cash handling
  • Experience in delegating, empowering and motivating staff

N75,000 – N130,000 / Month.
