Requirements
- The Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as Head of Operations in a Commercial Bank/ Micro Finance Bank or Fintech.
- An individual who has worked across different units in Operations Department with hands-on experience in reconciliation and settlement, customer management, dispute resolution, Overseeing general daily operations and compliance.
