Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree qualification.
- 5 Years Experience working as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator
- Must be Confident
- Good command of English: Spoken & written
- Should be Self motivated
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
- Vast in filing & document management
- Familiar with registration/renewal with statutory bodies
- Ability to multitask
Job Title: Facility / Sales/ Marketing Manager
- At least a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Estate or Facilities Management or related field ;
- Great Organizational skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communicational skills
- Multitasker ; problem-solving and analytical skills; time-management skills; maintenance experience; familiarity with building upkeep, structural issues, and grounds maintenance; budgeting skills; Stock management and inventory taking skills required
- Facility Management, Sales and Marketing experience an advantage
- Relevant experience coordinating or managing team of about 10 + people is a plus.
