Job Title: Fullstack Developer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming.
  • Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
  • Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Developing front end website architecture.
  • Designing user interactions on web pages.
  • Developing back end website applications.
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
  • Designing and developing APIs.
  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
  • Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or any other degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, and React.
  • Proficiency with server-side languages such as NodeJs.
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst – Operations

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Manage and update business process documents.
  • Setting up key stakeholders (Internal and external) meetings/sessions
  • Business strategy planning, documentation, review and update.
  • Elicitation session: Pre and post proposal that involves different teams or stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals and memo: Business (Project or Partnership) & Investment.
  • Develop business plans, bid documents, project plans and other operational documents.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis of business line and partnerships.
  • Conduct Market Research, Competitive & SWOT Analysis quarterly.
  • Stakeholder Management (External & Internal), across multiple partnerships and project.
  • Reporting on all businesses, projects and tasks
  • Determine workflow system and assist the operations and supervisory team in instituting changes.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-year work experience in Business Analysis.
  • Interest in Fintech and Technology Business Areas
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite tools especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent research and documentation skills
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people.
  • Effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills nd interpersonal skills
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

N70,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Payments Expert

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Conduct financial and business analysis of strategic opportunities for Riby’s capabilities that increases revenue for both parties through a deep understanding of the partner’s business and evolving industry context, including payment strategy
  • Manage end to end internal deal approval process (including GIG, compliance and CSR)
  • Support strategic opportunities from initiation to proposal and approval stage through cross-functional coordination
  • Provide regular reporting, analysis on relationship status to senior management
  • Support business development efforts to engage with new innovative partners
  • Align with unit leads and country teams in the client engagement and deal structuring process
  • Support day-to-day relationship management for strategic partners, expanding Riby’s reach with the partner across functional groups.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the financial regulation industry
  • Proven experience within business development/strategy/banking projects
  • Proven experience in payments reconciliation
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent ability to manage various stakeholders
  • Proven experience in user acceptance testing
  • Ability to manage projects successfully
  • Anti-money laundering or anti-fraud designations
  • Experience of privacy and confidentiality compliance and best practices (The Privacy Act, PCI DSS, etc.).
