Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited is a major player in the Agro – Allied industry in Nigeria. We operate in 4 states in Nigeria namely, Ondo, Ogun, Delta and Edo states. We belong to a West African group called SIFCA headquartered in ivory Coast.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Any City, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Raise accounting journals
  • Enter transaction / ensure accuracy of data posting
  • Reconcile account payables / receivables
  • Book accruals and provisions
  • Book fixed assets in terms of acquisitions, disposals and ensure the records are in agreement with ledger accounts
  • Carry out statutory deductions on payments due to suppliers and ensure remittances
  • Handle rubber sales accounts and prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Follow up on a monthly basis balance in SAP Module
  • Reconcile salary and staff loans in ledger accounts with Human Resource payroll records
  • Supervise job done by the accounting officers.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting with minimum of a Second Class Lower and ACA
  • A minimum of 2 years post NYSC working experience in a similar position
  • Versed in processing and reporting financial information
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • A good ICT skill and ability to use Accounting Software like SAP_ERP
  • Excellent team player.

Job Title: Agricultural Officer

Location: Any City, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • To supervise agricultural activities in the field and deliver production target.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Soil Science, Crop Science or Agric Economics & Extension with a minimum of Second Class, Lower Division or Lower Credit
  • 2 years post NYSC experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft package; and have the urge to meet set target with good communication skill.
  • Must have the ability to manage people and time.
  • Ability to inspire others with willingness to learn.
  • Must be Intelligent, smart, diligent and hardworking.

Job Title: Nursing Officer

Location: Any City, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Provide staff and dependents adequate health care on time
  • Help provide health education to staff and dependents in order to increase the overall level of awareness to live healthier lives.

Requirements

  • A qualified and Registered Nurse (RN) and Midwife (RM) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria covering till 2022
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualifications experience specifically in a standard hospital or a reputable medical outfit
  • The candidate must be smart, diligent, hardworking, responsible and reliable with high integrity
  • In addition, must have the following skill – good human relations with empathy, Microsoft excel, report writing, coordination of medical assistants, time management and patient care skills.

Job Title: Tax Manager

Location: Any City, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations
  • Manage tax (CIT, PIT CGT, VAT, Withholding Tax) computations, compliance, reporting and filing works for the Company
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personal income tax and returns with relevant tax authorities
  • Handle Transfer Pricing matters with Federal Inland Revenue Service
  • Review current and deferred tax provision
  • Maintain fixed assets documentation and obtain Acceptance Certificates
  • Act as the key point of contact and support for all tax matters
  • Maintain the system or processes for tax risk management
  • Manage relationship with tax authorities and respond to tax correspondence and queries
  • Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters
  • Support in ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Accounting plus ACA and ACITN with a minimum of 5 years post ICAN qualification work experience with at least 2 years in tax management in a manufacturing setting.

Job Title: Technical Assistant

Location: Any City, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • The preferred candidate will be required to capture data into.
  • Ensure all information source are verified and documented for technical analysis and follow up.

Requirements

  • A minimum of OND Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Package and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
  • Smart and intelligent.
  • Honest, dedicated and proactive.
