They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air and ground transportation reservations.
  • Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the areas of: making travel arrangements, building Passenger Name Records (PNR’s) and profiles.
  • Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by the company
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to our client’s procedures, programs and policy guidelines
  • Provide industry updates as well as airline promotions to clients.
  • Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour’s costs.
  • Manage accounts assigned and ensure that all pending request are closed.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization.
  • Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goal.
  • Prepare weekly report of overall work and milestones achieved

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification in any approved university and course.
  • Minimum of three years of Reservations and Ticketing experience in the Tourism industry is critical.
  • Experience in any of the following Global Distribution System (GDS _ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and Microsoft applications especially, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Outstanding passion for customer service and hospitality
  • IATA Certification (preferred).
  • Must be resident in Lagos.

 

Job Title: Company Secretary

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Carries out work on the organizational and technical support of administrative activities of the CEO.
  • Accepts incoming correspondence for consideration by the CEO, transmits it in accordance with the adopted decision to structural units or a specific contractor for use in the work process or preparing answers.
  • Accepts documents and personal statements for the signature of the CEO.
  • On the instructions of the CEO writes letters, requests, other documents.
  • Performs work on the preparation of meetings held by the CEO (gathering the necessary materials, notifying participants of the time and place of the meeting, agenda, their registration), keeps and draws up timeline of conferences and meetings.
  • Carries out the control over the execution by the employees of the enterprise of the issued orders and instructions, as well as the observance of the deadlines for the implementation of the guidelines and instructions of the CEO.
  • Provides the workplace of the CEO with the necessary means of organizational technology, stationery, creates conditions conducive to the practical work of the CEO.
  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization.
  • Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation.
  • Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers.

Requirements

  • Degree – LLB, BL (LLM added advantage).
  • Must be familiar with current trends, practices and metrics.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar role
  • Must be resident in Lagos.

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, offline (traditional) marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, SMS, social media, website and display advertising campaigns
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online display, website, offline banner displays, radio etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Sales and leads generation from our social media and website presence
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with other team members
  • Ability to meet monthly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. / HND/OND in any course, with 2-5 years of work experience in the travels and tours industry
  • Scheduling appointments / updating calendars is a must.
  • Ability to follow-up and make accurate decisions
  • Keep an updated database of new and existing clients
  • Must be resident in Lagos.
