Job Title: Sales Executive Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire a performance-driven Sales Executive Manager to drive revenue targets towards growth and expansion.
  • You will be required to acquire and retain customers across various locations; develop justified sales and marketing plans for the upper management; maximize our sales team potential, process orders, and ensure overall customer satisfaction


  • Acquire, build and retain relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Supply management with reports on client’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of sales and marketing best practices and promotional trends for continuous improvement.
  • Understand and promote the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability.
  • Schedule meetings appropriately to optimize movement, visit customers, and close deals.
  • Resolve complaints concerning Customers, Restaurants, and Logistics partners.
  • Achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • At least 3 – 5 years cognate experience in the food ordering and delivery ecosystem.
  • Proven success as a sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Mobile Apps, and Google Suite.
  • Effective understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and monitor the performance of sales ambassadors.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Experienced Digital Marketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are seeking to hire a data-driven and analytical digital marketer to develop and oversee the company’s digital channels, drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • The digital marketer will also create innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services.
  • To be successful in this role, you must be skilled in using marketing tools and techniques such as PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for the company.
  • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and benchmark against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
  • Create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence.
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies, monitor and analyze content success.
  • Manage email and all social media marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
  • Drive traffic to company pages.
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.


  • 3+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of content management systems.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
