NSITF | Requirement For Renewal Of Employees Compensation Scheme Certificate

NIGERIA SOCIAL INSURANCE TRUST FUND (NSITF)

REQUIREMENT FOR RENEWAL OF EMPLOYEES COMPENSATION SCHEME CERTIFICATE

  1. Three photocopies of the certificate of Incorporation
  2. Staff list: S/N, Name of staff, Gender, Qualification and Job Position, on your letter headed paper 1 original and photocopies
  3. Staff payroll: Name, Gender, Basic Salary, Housing, Transport, Gross, and any other allowances that is paid monthly. On your letter headed paper 1 original and 2 photocopies
  4. Original deposit slip and Remita bank print out and 3 photocopies each
  5. 3 photocopies of Employers Schedule of Payment (Actual) filled form plus the original.
  6. 3 photocopies of NSITF official receipt
  7. 2 photocopies and I original of a formal letter on your letter headed paper titled ‘REQUEST FOR THE ISSUANCE OF COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE’ to be addressed to ;

The online invoice Registration process

  • https://www.remita.net/
  • Click on pay a federal Govt. Agency
  • Fill in the required details (e.g. NAME OF MDAs: NIGERIA SOCIAL INSURANCE TRUST FUND)
  • Submit
  • Print out the invoice or copy the invoice number and proceed to any bank of your choice to make a payment or you can make the payment online via your banking app.

Payment ( this payment is made by employers)

  1. A) Three copies of NSITF certificate

OR

  1. B) Three copies of the last employers schedule of payment
  2. C) Three Copies of the last remita print out and teller
  3. D) Three copies of the last receipt of payment
  4. Proceed to NSITF office for proper filling with all the request document
