Job Title: Barber

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and inquire about their desired hairstyles.
  • Provide hairstyle suggestions to clients.
  • Cut and trim hair according to clients’ instructions.
  • Style hair using chemical solutions and styling tools, as preferred by clients.
  • Shave, trim and shape clients’ beards and mustaches.
  • Wash and condition clients’ hair.
  • Ensure that combs, scissors, razors, and other instruments are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
  • Provide hair treatments and coloring.
  • Provide face, scalp and neck massages.
  • May be required to record transactions in certain situations.

Job Requirements

  • Possess an SSCE or OND qualification.
  • Must be neat and hygienic
  • Must possess the ability to pay attention to detail
  • Creativity and good knowledge of customer service
  • Dexterity, and must possess a courteous and friendly disposition
  • Good written and oral English communication skill.
  • Sound knowledge of current hairstyles and trends.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Living around Wuye/Utako axis is an advantage.

Job Title: Manicurist and Pedicurist

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize tools and work environment.
  • Maintain supply of inventories and records of client services.
  • Shape and smoothen ends of nails, using scissors, files, or emery boards.
  • Treat nails by shaping, decorating, or augmenting.
  • Prepare nail cuticles with water and oil, using cuticle knives to push back cuticles and scissors or nippers to trim cuticles.
  • Prepare customers’ nails in soapy water, using swabs, files, and orange sticks.
  • Remove previously applied nail polish, using liquid remover and swabs.
  • Use rotary abrasive wheels to shape and smooth nails or artificial extensions.
  • Schedule client appointments and accept payments.
  • Roughen surfaces of fingernails, using abrasive wheel.
  • Advise clients on nail care and use of products and colors.
  • Treat nails to repair or improve strength and resilience by wrapping.
  • Extend nails using powder, solvent, and paper forms attached to tips of customers’ fingers to support and shape artificial nails.
  • Polish nails, using powdered polish and buffer.
  • Whiten underside of nails with white paste or pencils.
  • Promote and sell nail care products.
  • Promote products, services, or programs.
  • Decorate clients’ nails by piercing or attaching ornaments or designs.

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive deposits and process withdrawals for customers
  • Manage customer complaints and resolvetransaction disputes
  • Calculate the relevant transaction fees and communicate such to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of daily transactions.
  • Provide regular reports that will aid in decision making.
  • Ensure that the business maintains its liquidity at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of customer service and relationship management
  • Good arithmetic skill

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular tasks and reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum of HND qualification.
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant

  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CorelDraw.
