Job Description

  • We are recruiting to fill the position of Key Account Managers to kick-start our operations in Abuja. The person who fills this role will be responsible for driving growth, happiness, and retention among our base of restaurant partners and help users and merchants derive maximum value from our service.
  • To be successful in this role, you must be able to thrive in startup culture, be a foodie, and above all be passionate about the restaurant space.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (min 3+ years experience) in SMB account management or client service-related role.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze the needs of restaurants to both unlock opportunities and problem-solve creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for diverse customer needs at scale.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Passion and deep understanding of customer service and restaurant landscape.
  • Self-starter, data-driven, tech-savvy, and results orientated, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Take ownership of EAZZY EATS growth, do whatever it takes to get the job done, delight our restaurant partners.
  • You must be able to thrive in startup culture, be a foodie, and above all be passionate about the restaurant space.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with our restaurant partners: Acquiring, growing, retaining, and proactively supporting accounts.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our App and its features to show ongoing ROI to our growing portfolio of restaurant partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of the partnership of our business.
  • Liaise with our customers, restaurants, and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies
  • Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
  • Provide operational guidance to restaurants to help them grow their business with our service.
  • Scale the account management function. Help design processes, structure, and tools to effectively grow account management.
  • Act as the ultimate point of escalation for resolution of all restaurant issues.
