Job Title: L1 Support Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Support for VAS Services / Application
• Work experience in VAS domain, SS7 and telecom concepts
• Must have knowledge of Infra – H/w, OS, DB & Networking concepts
• Exposure in ITIL based processes
• Hands on Linux and Solaris.
• SMSC support experience Prefered
• Responsible for providing L1 level support for SMSHUB
• Available 24X7 for support

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
