Jofad Consulting – Our client, a reputable Company with Head Office located in Abuja, is seeking to hire qualified, self-motivated, innovative and hardworking professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance / Facility Manager – Electrical

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Carry out other duties, within the scope of the job, and meet the needs and requirements of the business.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and artisans.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of office premise.
  • Identify problematic facilities and determine what installation or repair services needed.
  • Identify hazards and assess risk on designated business premise.

Skills / Qualifications

  • A General Education Degree or vocational training certificate in mechanical, plumbing, architectural or electronics fields with two to five years practical and theoretical experience in maintenance.
  • Five years active and practical working experience in a similar position
  • Maintenance officer will be expected to exhibit mastery of a minimum of three of the trade skills like electronic systems and controls, mechanical, and general building management.
  • Capable of achieving set targets without supervision
  • Participate in out of hour’s emergency maintenance service.
  • Must exhibit exemplary leadership at all times
  • Good communication skills.
