Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Director / CEO

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Details

  • Vacancy exists for a Personal Assistant to the Director/CEO of a healthcare company.

Responsibilities

  • You will work on a variety of tasks related to the director’s personal and work life as well as communication. You are expected to have a clear understanding of the services offered by the company and be ready to represent the company.
  • Creation of different file types/documents using MS-Office packages and other essential computer software.
  • Creation of schedules and daily reminders of tasks (work and personal life).
  • Conduct research and analyse data accordingly.
  • Review and proofread documents.
  • Proposal writing towards business development and strategic partnership.
  • Handle requests and queries (phone, face-face) appropriately
  • Organize meetings (virtual and onsite).
  • Attend meetings (strategic, patient evaluations) with the director and or represent director in meetings.
  • Note-taking during all meetings and preparation of minutes once concluded.
  • Follow up on patients and clients via emails/calls.
  • Interface with prospective clients and patients as required.

Further Information

  • Resumption time: 7:30am; work starts by 8:00 am and ends by 5:00pm
  • May work on weekends.
  • The preferred residence of the applicant is along the Lekki-Epe expressway but not farther than Ajah.
  • BSC degree is a plus but not a must; the minimum qualification is OND.
