Job Title: House / Property Manager

Job Description
- Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions
- Answer guest questions and meet with guests to exchange keys at the beginning of stays
- Hires individuals to perform maintenance, and must be available to handle any emergencies when guests are staying.
- Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings
- Clean apartment, restock necessities and explain house rules to new guests
Requirements
- No formal education is required, but the role is open to an SSCE Holder, a Diploma holder or a degree holder
- Ability to communicate properly
- Experience working in a hotel, or for a property management company can be helpful
Salary
N50,000 / month.
