Job Title: BO Aviate MW Domain Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Train local BO Engineers to improve Transmission troubleshooting, Optimization and Reporting Skills
• Provided quality support to the firm’s TX Planning to reduce planning related issues, improve network quality and customer perception
• Provide quality support to the Project team on swap projects, network upgrade and others.
• Engaged in daily optimization escalations from NPM/Customer and provide updates, direction and resolution
• Provision of on demand reports to senior management, such as governance slides, network audits etc.
• FO NOC support such as alarm reporting/monitoring templates and other supports on-demand.
• Configuration Audits on IP Nodes
• Secure the maintenance objects of about 5000 Aviat MW device.

Job Title: Report and Data Analyst (Team Lead)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the activities of the Report/Data analysts and ensures the efficient execution of their duties and ensure set KPI’s are achieved
• Oversees and conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions
• Liase with stakeholders and the Project team to get Reports and Analysis requirements
• Develops clear and well-structured analytical plans and analyzes large data-sets
• Identifies, communicates, and endeavors to resolve data gaps that impact the fulfillment of the business’s functional requirements
• Develops logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of project requirements and guides various business departments in appropriate and effective use of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
