Job Title: Mold Maintenance Technician
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate machines and maintenance of all injection machines such as pet injection machine, closure, and crate machine.
- Maintenance of all auxiliary machines such as AF compressor, Air compressor, piovan dryer and piovan chiller.
- Installation and maintenance of pet blowing machines and purging cooling water from the mould/plate systems.
- Proper documentation for mould change-over, Preventive maintenance, mold history for all pet preforms, closure, pet bottle, and crate machines.
- Carry out mold maintenance, hot runner repair, maintenance status report.
- Support maintenance in charge to carry out breakdown mechanical electrical maintenance on machine related to mold
- Provide support on machine for staff on shift.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational standard: OND / HND
- Minimum Working Experience: 5 Years’ related experience
- Strong knowledge on servicing, Loading, Unloading and setting PET molds with highest cavitation of 128CAVITY, Closure with 48 Cavity, Flip top molds, Screw cap molds, Injection Blow molds, Stretch blow molds, Extrusion Blow molds, Mold for Crates, Paint buckets.
- Strong Knowledge on Specialized mold like In mold labeling molds Flip top molds, Handle molds.
- Through knowledge on Hot runners and clod runner for mold both mechanical and electrical servicing and hot runner controller maintenance.
- Should have awareness in basic electrical circuit to diagnostic the minor trouble shooting of molds and machine
- Self-motivated, hardworking. Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Confident, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Head of Quality Assurance
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Prepare Management Review Meeting Reports
- Prepare Quality enhancement meeting Reports
- Coordinate the daily activities of the QC staff
- Ensure Quality management system efficiency
- Prepare, present and submit reports onthe QMS, food safety, and customer audit& complaints status on monthly basis.
- Proper management of laboratory equipment and infrastructure.
- Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications
- Coordinate with relevant local and international regulatory agencies e.g. SON, NAFDAC etc.
- Co-ordinate the activities related to external laboratory e.g TNO etc.
- Auditing of raw material suppliers in compliance to QMS and food safety.
- Attending to customer complaint and provide CAPA.
- Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the HOD.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / PGD in Plastic Technology or B.Sc / M.Sc
- Work experience of 5 – 10 years in RIGID Packaging, preferably in PET preform & closure industry.
- Language proficiency in English desirable (Read/write/speak)
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System knowledge
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System auditing skill
- Preparation of Manual & procedure and implementation
- Knowledge about PPAP/FMEA/GMP/FSSC
- Strong knowledge in Plastics molding process ( PET preform & Closures)
- Strong Knowledge about Quality & problem solving technique
- Good communicating & customer Handling Skill
- Interpersonal Skill
- Sound Knowledge in Customer Handling.
- Team Building, Management & Training Skill.
- Strong knowledge about kaizen, 8D analysis methods
- Knowledge & Implementation of FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000.
