Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Abuja

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any related field and any related professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and database
  • Excellent communication and people skills and apt in negotiating and persuading
  • Proven experience as a debt collector
  • Our ideal candidate must be persuasive and relentless in debt recovery.

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Skills:

  • Must be able to keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Must be able to plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
  • Must locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
  • Must be able to negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
  • Must handle questions, queries or complaints.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Must create trust relationship with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
  • Should always update account status and database regularly.
  • Must comply with requirements when legal actions is unavoidable.

Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

Location: Abuja

Education / Experience

  • B.Sc / BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field / Postgraduate qualification or an MBA, Certified Internal Auditor.
  • Must be a professional Accountant with ACCA, ICAN or ANAN.
  • Must be conversant with the Banking Industry and its regulatory policies.
  • Must have over 6 years relevant experience in the specific role

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Skills:

  • Extensive years of work experience in a reputable financial institution as a Compliance expert and general understanding with laws and regulations governing financial organizations.
  • Deep experience and knowledge of legal requirements and controls in AML and KYC in financial institutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, opportunities and threats.
  • Experience in risk management, proven experience implementing risk management methods and security compliance standards, processes and frameworks.

Education & Experience

  • Significant work experience in a directly related field combined with appropriate training / certificate is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience
  • Experience in the Banking sector is an added advantage
  • Our ideal candidate must be experienced in ICT operations in a Banking environment.

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Skills:

  • To be responsible for deploying, installing, configuring, testing and maintenance of ICT hardware and software and ensure relevant documentation is developed and kept up to date.
  • To assist in managing the Bank’s on line payment platforms; Internet banking, NIBSS, USSD, Mobile payments etc
  • To monitor, manage and ensure that the inventory of ICT hardware and software is always accurate and up to date in the ICT asset database.
  • To assist with IT related customer queries, errors and disputes and provide solutions.
  • To work as part of project teams to help deploy new services and equipment
  • To take appropriate responsibility for enforcing IT security procedures consistent with the needs of the service and in accordance with policies.
  • To maintain a professional, customer focused rapid response service to all stakeholders ensuring customer needs are always met as measured by high satisfaction levels and to perform any other task as may be assigned.
