Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any related field and any related professional certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and database
- Excellent communication and people skills and apt in negotiating and persuading
- Proven experience as a debt collector

Job Competencies, Capabilities and Key Skills:
- Must be able to keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Must be able to plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Must locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- Must be able to negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Must handle questions, queries or complaints.
- Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Must create trust relationship with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.

Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

Education / Experience
- B.Sc / BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field / Postgraduate qualification or an MBA, Certified Internal Auditor.
- Must be a professional Accountant with ACCA, ICAN or ANAN.
- Must be conversant with the Banking Industry and its regulatory policies.
- Must have over 6 years relevant experience in the specific role

- To assist in managing the Bank’s on line payment platforms; Internet banking, NIBSS, USSD, Mobile payments etc
- To monitor, manage and ensure that the inventory of ICT hardware and software is always accurate and up to date in the ICT asset database.
- To assist with IT related customer queries, errors and disputes and provide solutions.
- To work as part of project teams to help deploy new services and equipment
- To take appropriate responsibility for enforcing IT security procedures consistent with the needs of the service and in accordance with policies.
- To maintain a professional, customer focused rapid response service to all stakeholders ensuring customer needs are always met as measured by high satisfaction levels and to perform any other task as may be assigned.
