Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lekki – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- As a quantity surveyor, you’ll seek to minimise the cost and risk of a construction project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory building regulations are met.
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
- Advise on a procurement strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND with minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Experience in real estate is an added advantage
- Candidate must be living around lekki- sangotedo axis
