Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for smart real estate sales executive to generally oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
  • Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
  • Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
  • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in a relevant discipline
  • 2-5 years Proven experience as a Real estate Sales agent or relevant role
  • Must previous experience as a Real Estate sales agent or representative
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 plus 3% commission.

 

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.
  • The ideal candidate will be well-organized andable to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.
  • The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards
  • Inspectbuildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Review utilities consumption and strive tominimize costs
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) andexternal contractors
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, buildingsecurity etc.
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Handle insurance plans and service contracts
  • Keep financial and non-financial records
  • Perform analysis and forecasting

Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field with 3 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly.
