Catering utensils is an award-winning rental service for catering items.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Showroom Attendant
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards
  • Maintain product knowledge and stock
  • Monitor store and employee key performance indicators
  • Prepare accurate bills and quote for customers
  • Monitor timely pick up and return of items rented
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff
  • Negotiate deals with customers

Requirements

  • Must reside in Yaba or its environs.
  • Female preferably, between 23 and 28
  • Minimum qualification HND, with good relationship and phone usage skills.

Skills:

  • Managing people
  • High calculation skill required
  • Product expertise– showroom managers are experts on all the technical features and benefits of each product
  • Communication skills– good communication keeps all employees under the showroom manager on the same page, which keeps customers happy and the sales floor looking good
  • Leadership skills– showroom managers are only as good as their team; they maintain harmony among their team and get the best performance out of each member
  • Negotiation and up-selling skills – must be able to stick with prices beneficial to the profit making of the company
  • Sales technique– technical sales strategies for building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing deals are important tools for showroom managers

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / Month, with data / call allowance and other incentives.
