We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

The Job

  • Coordinate the receipt of raw and packaging materials from suppliers according to the delivery schedule.
  • Monitor and control the storage and arrangement of raw and packaging materials in the store to ensure effective space management and good housekeeping.
  • Ensure the store records are adequately updated to reflect the current stock position
  • Coordinate issuance of raw and packaging materials to the production team based on the request to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
  • Ensure all raw and packaging materials transaction details are promptly updated for future reference and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND degree in related disciplines
  • 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years cognate experience.

The Job

Job Title: Utilities Supervisor – Golden Pasta

Location: Iganmu, Lagos

The Job

  • Coordinate and inspect activities of the utility team and contractors for accuracy, proper work techniques and compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
  • Ensure the distribution of compressed air to all functional production lines and machines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and implement solutions.
  • Maintain and update record of all utilities (Electricity, Steam, Water, & Air) consumptions.
  • Provide technical assistance to the utilities team.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing and replacements.

The Person

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.

Job Title: Assistant Procurement Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

  • Ensure adequacy of bid specifications and preparation of sourcing related documents
  • Process ERP transactions and monitor contract executions; termination, renewal or amendment of terms
  • Identify and close bypass to increase procurement involvement on spend
  • Identify and deliver savings on spend under management.
  • Support business partnering of assigned business units and deliver on approved SLA.
  • Track, report key functional metrics in line with departmental objectives.
  • Assist the Procurement Manager in establishing strategic relationships with key suppliers
  • Handle performance issues and escalate as necessary.

Qualification

  • First Degree in any field
  • Membership in CIPS is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years cognate experience.

  • Possess people & project management skills and must be confident.
  • Be persuasive, have excellent negotiations and effective communication skills.
