About the Job
- CypherCrescent is looking for a financial analyst with solid technical competency in financial advisory, financial modelling/analysis, and corporate finance.
- The analyst will also use insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
- The financial analyst will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to collect, analyse, process, model and interpret financial data in a clear and concise manner easily relatable to potential business trends and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- Financial analysis and modeling experience.
Skills / Competencies Required:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong knowledge/understanding of financial statements.
- Strong presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyse current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Interpret financial data to recognise changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
- Consistently analyse financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports.
