Job Title: Freelance Sales Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time


  • The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue, drive channel penetration and improve brand of the school, and visibility for the school through freelance agents given set target who works within a self-paced timing and work condition. Identifying ideal prospects for the school by having in-depth knowledge of various businesses, and doing a ‘prospects analyses on each one, thereby converting parents.


  • S.S.C.E / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
  • Must be very good at sales.
  • Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment; rain or shine
  • Must be bold, articulate, and well dressed.
  • Must be very hardworking.
  • Must be honest.
  • Must be extremely good at selling.
  • Applicants must reside in Lagos.
  • Must be able to work as freelance sales personnel.
  • Must be extremely good at selling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to ideal prospects via marketing campaigns and ensuring conversion is made daily.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from prospects and customers.
  • Converting prospects to paying customers via one-on-one convictions and adequate follow-up.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing parents so as to get referrals and repeat purchases as well as ensuring timely response to all enquiries and queries.
  • Achieving the assigned target in terms of sales.
  • Other tasks assigned by the school management.
  • Freelance sales agent reports directly to HOD, marketing unit.
  • Find prospects and leads, learn details about our school and services.
  • Understand all the prospect’s needs, problems, or wants.
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Identify clients’ personal profiles
  • Report to the management team on sales success.
