We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supports customers by providing helpful information.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
- Develop a rapport with customers.
- Answering questions, and responding to complaints.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Direct customers to online resources.
Specification
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
- 2 years of work experience.
- Mustbe residingaround Oregun, Ogudu, Ogba, or Ikeja axis.
- Good Knowledge of customer service.
- Acceptable presence.
- Good verbal/written communication.
- Female Candidates are encouraged to apply
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
