Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Managing Director

Main Function

  • The content creator shall assist in the writing and publishing of the company’s products and services for web pages, social media, etc.
  • The ideal candidate should be good in creating digital contents, generating traffic and leads for business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
  • Promote content on social networks, monitor engagements, comments, shares and other analytics
  • Write, edit, review, and update contents for company websites, blogs, marketing materials and relevant platforms.
  • Research industry related topics
  • Maintain good updates on websites as the need arises.
  • Assist the team with creative promotional materials.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports etc.
  • Review print and online resources to gather relevant information
  • Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry related topics
  • Manage all content creation for the various companies in the Group
  • Take client content creation briefs and deliver as at when due
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications

  • B.A in Marketing, Digital Technologies or similar relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years-experience in a similar role.

Competence / Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with content creation and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS), Word Press etc.

Main Function

  • The job holder will develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO and other techniques to drive traffic to the Group of Company pages and generate interest in the companies’ products and services and that of assigned clients.
  • The ideal candidate should be exceptional in creating digital contents, generating traffic and leads for business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences for the Group of Companies and assigned clients
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategiesDevelop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaignsIdentify trends and insights
  • Allocate marketing investments
  • Plan and direct digital marketing campaigns across the Group of Companies and for assigned clients

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports To: Managing Director

Main Function

  • The Graphics Designer will create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities such as design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials for the Group of Companies and assigned clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites with software such as photoshop for the Group of Companies and assigned clients
  • Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material as well as font style and size
  • Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
  • Work with assigned clients to take project briefs, advise on appropriate illustrations, design style, format, print production etc.
  • Liaise with clients to determine their graphic design requirements and budget
  • Manage client proposals from type setting through to design, print and production
  • Ensure that the Group of Companies brand message is graphically consistent
  • Plan graphic concepts by studying relevant materials
  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style
  • Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
  • Liaise with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality for the Group of Companies and assigned clients

Job Title: Software Developer – Full Stack

  • The advancement of service deployment in Information Communication Technology via development of the front and back end of various technological platforms, mobile apps on various platforms, design, development and management of interactive websites, E-Commerce, Search Engine optimization etc.

Role Responsibilities
Roles and Task Complexities:

  • Develop and manage Front and Back End of Software as well as mobile apps for Apple and Android devices
  • Designing the front end and developing the back end of innovative software and mobile apps from concept to launch. This responsibility will support the design and development of software and apps geared toward tech savvy end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical multiple solutions
  • Conceptualize creative ideas with the team
  • Test and improve the design of websites and software.
  • Develop codes to ensure they align with global best practices as well as approved software architecture guidelines
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for software projects
  • Effectively collaborate with members of the Group of Companies and assigned clients to ensure seamless achievement of deliverables and organisational objectives
  • Maintain the appearance of websites and various software by enforcing content standards.

  • Support all digital/web-related initiatives and enhance user experience and functionality
  • Create and edit web pages using web monitoring and analytics tools
  • Work with agencies and service providers to ensure technical operationability
  • Diagnose problems with the back and front end of software and applications when they occur and proffer implementable solutions accordingly.
  • Update, edit, and maintain internal and external web content as directed by content managers
  • Ensure 24/7 service availability of mobile media content and infrastructures

E-Commerce & Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Development and maintenance of front end of the organisation and client website’s e-commerce platform.
  • This includes the sites’ branding experience, content look and feel, messaging, information architecture, site features and functionality, as well as microsite and landing page support.
  • The SEO (Search Engine Optimization) responsibility is to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to designated websites through a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, social media strategy, viral marketing, content strategy, information architecture, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the look and feel of the website and ensure a user-friendly experience such that the consumer is able to easily navigate and use features and functionality.
  • Create business requirements related to back and front-end website development and communicate such requirements to the technology team accordingly.
  • Review and provide input on site design concepts.
  • Lead IA strategy for the site.
  • Manage usability testing projects and set requirements.
  • Generate relevant data for managerial decision making
  • Benchmark against other Interactive Marketing Global Organizations to create “best-in-class” user experience.
  • Work with team to ensure any UI/visual design work is compatible across the consumption landscape.
  • Ensure all projects are fully documented
  • Work with and engage 3rd Party vendors for services and technologies where appropriate for UX delivery
  • Establish milestones for engagement, conversion and measurement, as well as explain findings to the relevant department and other relevant parties within the organization.
  • Manage QA Testing and resolve bugs when identified

Requirements
