We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Locations: Lekki-Epe, Lagos and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and process online orders.
  • Create and manage Customer’s orders and send invoice to Customers while confirming payments made.
  • Create report on Customer’s orders and liaise with the Operations co-ordinator and Dispatch Riders to schedule pick-up and deliveries.
  • Actively track orders after handing over to Dispatch riders and prepare and send daily report to the Operation co-ordinator after close of business.
  • Update each order or transaction status on the Company’s website and work with Riders to resolve issues or challenges experienced on the field.
  • Receive and confirm international shipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / NCE in any discipline.
  • At least 1 to 2 year experiences in a Logistics company.

Job Title: Head, Business Development

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Report on potential business development.
  • The Head of Business Development is expected to manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas. i.e. sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
  • Manages the marketing team activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, schedules and deadlines.
  • Carry out research and analysis on the activities of competition.
  • Analyse clients’ needs and tailors value propositions with expert support where needed.
  • Lead and enable marketing team to pursue sales and account management activities and advising on overcoming obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data to support effective and coordinated account management.
  • Coordinate and organize contact with stakeholders through meetings, visitation.
  • Oversee strategic partnership management framework with key partners. Collaborate closely with Managing Director, Head of Units etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years previous experience in sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Locations: Port Harcourt – Rivers, Abuja and Lagos

Job Requiements

  • Candidate must have BSC / HND / OND qualifications.
  • 1 – 2 years experience in sales or marketing.

Job Title: Public Relations Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing social media contents for the company.
  • Initiating and Monitoring engagements on various social media platforms.
  • Update promotional material and publications videos, social media posts etc.
  • Identifying and resolving queries on all social media platforms of the company.
  • Create campaigns and media relations strategies.
  • Liaise with other internal team’s i.e marketing team to develop content.
  • Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit PR reports.
  • Handle conflict resolution.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidate must:

  • Possess OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
  • 3 – 4 years PR experience for PR Executive.
  • Be good at content creation and writing
  • Be very active on social media.
  • Key Skills Required:Graphics Designing, easy use of Canva, Photoshop etc.

Job Title: Transport / Logistics Officer

Locations: Warri, Asaba – Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule drivers for their trips.
  • Book trips,process and confirm payments made by customers.
  • Receive,process and manage online orders.
  • Create report on Customer’s orders and liaise with Dispatch Riders to schedule pick-up and deliveries.
  • Actively track orders and trips while communicating with Drivers &Ridersand prepare and send daily report.
  • Update each order or transaction status on the Company’s website and work with Riders and Driversto resolve issues or challenges experienced on the field
  • Receive and confirm inter-state shipments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / NCE in any discipline.
  • At least 1 to 2 year experiences in a Logistics company.
