West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) – Our client, a reputable Catering and Event Services is looking to hire an experienced candidate to fill the position below:
Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Kitchen Supervisor Duties
- Experienced in similar role
- Train and guide kitchen staff in preparation of meals
- Works with procurement officer and store keeper to manage, store and properly utilize stock of ingredients
- Support head chef in planning and creating menus
- Check food plating and temperature before it’s sent out
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
- Handle weekly meetings with kitchen team
- Ensuring meals are prepared according to recipe cards and made to the company standards
- Quality control for all meals leaving the kitchen
- Inventory management
- Confirm procurements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years work experience.
Working Hours:
- 5 working days, 2 days off. 6am-5pm
- Open Mondays – Sundays.
Salary and Benefits
- N80,000 – N100,000 / month
- Provision for Accommodation.
