We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provision of excellent marketing/customer service, effective customer relationship management and maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients at all times.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning and carrying out marketing activities to agreed budgets and sales volumes
  • Market company’s products i.e. vaults, tombstones, refurbishments, hall rental. etc through various platforms to clients
  • Handle/Follow up on client’s enquiry/complaint and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Schedule hall events and bookings/reservations that are devoid of time clash.
  • Follow up with clients in ensuring that all burial documents are complete.
  • Follow up with Account Dept. on the issuance of invoice and receipts to clients.
  • Allocate vaults to the buying client after fulfilling all necessary requirements.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
  • Submit Daily Report to the General Manager.

Minimum Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrable experience in Marketing/customer service in an environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling client’s complaints and/or requests
  • Experience in using a wide range of relevant IT packages/equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary
NGN 100,000 – 120,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Job Description
Driving Long Distances:

  • Trailer drivers transport different types of goods, from materials and equipment to livestock.
  • They drive long distances, maneuvering the truck into unloading and loading positions along the way.
  • They follow applicable traffic and driving laws, staying aware of and reporting any incidents on the road.

Securing Cargo:

  • Trailer drivers need to ensure that any cargo they’re transporting is fully secured to the trailer, using blocks, chains, covers, or ropes.
  • They need to ensure that transportation meets safety compliance and regulations.

Maintaining a Record of Hours:

  • Trailer drivers carry out various deliveries throughout the course of the day, maintaining a record of each of these, along with their working hours be cross-referenced if issues arise in the future, as well as for compliance with federal and state regulations.

Reporting Issues:

  • Trailer drivers report mechanical issues or problems with a delivery to their line manager, ensuring a thorough log of the problem is kept for future records.

Keeping Trailer Equipment in Working Order:

  • Trailer drivers keep their trucks and the equipment they work with in good working order and tidy. They inspect the trailer after each trip and record defects they find.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification Secondary school certificate
  • Traceable history of previous employment
  • Proper knowledge of traffic rules and regulation especially for trucks.
  • Valid driver license and national ID holder with Minimum of 5Years truck driving experience.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Understand how to read rotor and magnetic gauge.
  • Have sound knowledge of safety measures involved in handlingTrucks.
  • Have knowledge of truck repairs (mechanic/driver)

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos

Details

  • The Personal Driver is responsible for providing transportation for company staff to their destinations via automobile.
  • The Personal Driver’s job function includes collecting clients, assisting with the loading and unloading of their possessions, and ensuring that every trip remains safe and enjoyable.
  • Fetch and welcome clients at the beginning of their trip
  • Load and unload clients’ possessions as required
  • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
  • Strictly comply with road regulations at all times
  • Ensure that clients’ identities and conversations remain confidential
  • Apprise clients of local services that may be of use to them
  • Ensure that the automobile remains clean and well maintained
  • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
  • Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety
  • Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary
  • Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion

Educational Qualification

  • SSCE / OND in any field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience
  • A valid Driver’s license
  • Applicants MUST reside in the following locations on the mainland: Ogba, Ojodu, Ikeja, College road and Shasha. Island: Ikoyi, Obalende, Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island.

Remuneration
N50,000 – N60,000 per month.

Job Title: Private Cook

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Duties

  • Consult with Principal to develop a suitable menu / timetable
  • Cook delicious and healthy meals according to Principal’s schedule
  • Manage and Clean the kitchen, store and cooking equipment
  • Shopping / Ordering ingredients and other materials necessary for meal preparation

Requirements

  • He / She should possess OND in Food Science and Technology or relevant qualifications in Catering and Hotel Management with practical experience
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
  • Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere

Skills:

  • Proven experience in cooking different types of cuisines (both local and intercontinental dishes)
  • Knowledge of a variety of dietary lifestyles and restrictions
  • Good ccommunication skills
  • Food safety training or certification

Salary
NGN70,000 – NGN90,000 / month.
