Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Data Analyst will help to leverage on technology to deliver on the project objectives.
  • S/He will also be in charge of spooling, managing, modelling and analysing data to make informed decisions as far as the project is concerned.
  • This role requires a high level of analytical ability, numerical accuracy and keen attention to details.

Primary Responsibilities
Technical Data Management:

  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Managing users and user roles.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to project data.
  • Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
  • Providing technical expertise in data management.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.

Data Mining and Analysis:

  • Spool report such as sales, collection, coverage from the app and report in format that can be easily relatable to make informed business decision.
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Creating protocols for the retrieval and analysis of ongoing data storage.
  • Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.

Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Work with the back end team to solve issues relating to IT and the CSV technology platform.
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports error.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth running of the project leveraging on technology to deliver.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Attend to IT related complaints from youth-preneur and other associates on the project in a timely manner

Innovation:

  • Come up with innovative ways of using technology to reduce operational expenses.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in IT and other related Sciences.
  • Experience using ERP such as Microsoft office dynamics is desirous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word document).
  • Experience using programming languages such as SQL and Python is desirable.
  • Age: 21 – 27 years old.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Account Officer (AO) would be responsible for managing the front-line finance related operations.
  • As the accounts officer, you will manage the financial bookkeeping of the Cooperate Shared Value (CSV) project.
  • You will also be responsible for processing invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the project. You must also possess strong numerical and interpersonal skills to deliver on this role.

Primary Responsibilities
Asset and Cash Flow Management:

  • Ensure all financial report are sent timely and accurately.
  • Ensuring 100% capturing of collection on bank statement on collection booklet and report.
  • Manage cash flow for the business operations.
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records.

Reconciliation:

  • Bi-Monthly reconciliation of bank statement
  • Weekly Customer reconciliation
  • Monthly stock reconciliation for Lagos warehouse.

Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Ensure accuracy of youth-preneur balances.
  • Stock Losses: Ensure strict compliance is followed to prevent cash/Stock Losses per location.
  • Daily cross-checking of invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.

Audit:

  • Routine visit to locations to audit and validate processes and records.
  • Work with business internal Audit & Control team in sustaining compliance across CSV operations.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Account or Finance related courses.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, Backoffice account, audit.
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent ERP skills.
  • Applicant must have a Minimum of 2 years working experience in Book-keeping, Back-office account, or Audit.
  • Age: 21 – 30 years old.

Job Title: Field Supervisor

Locations: Zaria – Kaduna and Mokwa, Kotongora – Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in Agronomy with a good understanding of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) across major crops like Maize, Rice, Soybeans and Cassava and can transfer knowledge to Youth-preneurs and farmers to help them adopt modern farming techniques and boost food quality and productivity.
  • It is also expected of the Ideal candidate to have basic knowledge of consumer products sales & business management as well as ensuring seamless execution of the Cooperate Shared Value Initiatives and drive sales of products within the community and farmers group in your territory and open up new channels to drive optimisation.

Primary Responsibilities
Technical planning, supervision and monitoring of the field activities:

  • Supervision of youthpreneur’s activities within catchment areas.
  • Recruitment of farmers and formation into groups for easy of monitoring and training to adopt SARO crop management.
  • Keep record of all company asset with youthpreneur and ensure all assets are well maintained.
  • Understand farmers challenges and recommend appropriate solutions to address these challenges.
  • Provide training and other technical support for the farmers within his catchment that will ensure that farmers productivity improves.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation and report of such is submitted by youth-preneur.
  • Generate market insight for new product development.
  • Ensure coverage of all youth-preneur and monitor activities within territory.

Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Maintain database of youth-preneur and customers (farmers, consumers, and traders) within the catchment.
  • Keep record of farming activities of farmers within catchment-Date of planting, date of herbicide application, etc.
  • Regular reporting to line manager on the activities of farmer and progress achieved.
  • Monitor and report on competitors’ activities.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Agriculture and other related Sciences.
  • 2 years’ Experience in practical agriculture with deep knowledge of the agronomy of Maize, Soybeans, Rice and Cassava
  • Ability to sale.
  • Age: 21 – 30 years old.
