Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact to customers.
  • You will perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, receiving clients, coordinating appointments and providing information about the organization’s services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and scheduling drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Greeting clients and attending tp their needs
  • Keeping the reception area clean, professional-looking and inviting.
  • Serving clients refreshments and beverages
  • Responding to enquiries by phone, e-mail, or in person.
  • Managing, escalating and expediting the resolution of customer problems/complaints
  • Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing systems.

Qualification

  • Minimum of OND

Experience / Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
  • Good personal grooming
  • Experience working in a service industry.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Job Title: Laundry Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a back-end supervisor to supervise activities in the laundry room and ensure that employees are efficiently performing tasks assigned.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people.

Summary Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and review daily business operations.
  • Implement organizational goals, procedures, and policies.
  • Identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Handle and resolve all customers complaints
  • Ensure that the working area is organized
  • Ensure that the utilities and materials needed are available and adequate.

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a laundry company is an advantage.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
