Locations: Benin (to cover the whole of Benin), Auchi, Uromi, and its environs, Anambra, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Cross-River and Aba – Abia.

Job Description

  • Ensures wholesales & retail customers in assigned open markets are served and our products are available & visible at the retail / wholesalers outlets in assigned open markets at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepares route plan & adhere to it strictly.
  • Develop & maintain customer list that capture Name, Contact Person, Address, and Phone Numbers of customers in assigned markets.
  • Sell company products to current & potential wholesale / retail outlets & customers.
  • Must be accountable of all the stocks in his/her custody
  • Report issues relating to / satisfaction of customers, & consumers in assigned markets.
  • Assist in the development (information generation) and implementation of marketing plans regarding his / her assigned territory.
  • Merchandise executes products display initiatives leading to the desired visibilities for company brands in the retail outlets trade channels.
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess an OND in any discipline
  • Applicant must be fluent in English, Language of Residence and Computer Literacy, with 2-3 years experience in FMCG Packaged Food, Food,Tobacco & Cosmetics.

Job Description

  • The primarily responsibility for this role is to identify, develop and manage existing clients/business opportunities in FMCG Packaged Food, Food, Tobacco & Cosmetics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivering of company’s products to the customers.
  • Document and track the progress of all sales accounts.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Job Description

  • To take total responsibility for achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Division to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources and the Line Managers to efficiently implement HR initiatives so as to motivate and lead a High Performance Team.
  • Check individual performances of the Sales Team and motivate them, either through personal counselling and/or imparting training in tactical selling skills to improve and enhance their capabilities and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.
  • Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections and receivables.Manage escalations

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a B.Sc qualification in any discipline.
  • Possess Managerial Skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Possess good Communication and Reporting Skills
  • Applicant must be fluent in English, language of Residence and Computer Literacy, with 5 – 7 Years experience in FMCG Packaged Food, Food, Tobacco & Cosmetics.
  • Must be able to drive with a valid license
  • Age between 35 – 45 years old.
