- Our client, an AI-Driven lending platform is looking to hire a talented Front-End Developer to join their team remotely in Nigeria.
- Their team consists of innovators and builders with domain expertise in the lending space. They share a determination to continue leveraging data driven approaches to problem solving by building products that the market needs and API integrations that drive value across the board.
- The ideal candidate should be able to use statistical analysis software and provide reports on sales and marketing metrics. You will collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, implementing and supporting the design of the product
- Working as part of a team of Developers in the design, development, and implementation of front-end using React
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
- Compile necessary documentation
- Taking part and proposing proactive actions in design review processes
- Developing features to enhance the user experience

- Maintaining and monitoring the products and fixing and troubleshooting as necessary

Requirements
- +2 years of experience in React
- Solid experience with design tools like Figma and InVision
- Ability to “think outside the box” while identifying problems and developing creative solutions
- Experience in full life cycle of the design
- Experience setting up development environments, rapidly learning new technologies
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design of UI/UX
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
