Job Description
- Place and receive calls from customers
- Ensure timely resolution of customer challenges regarding product/services
- Resolve customer’s complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND qualification in any discipline
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of one-year experience in a call center set up
- Must be fluent in speaking English (bilingual is an added advantage)
- 1 – 2 years experience
- Adept listening skills
- Accurate comprehension, interpretation, and capturing of information, accuracy, and timely response to calls
