We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Possess basic math and cash management skills
- Have the ability and desire to work nights and weekends
- An equivalent combination of experience and training may substitute for some of the listed position qualifications
- Provide excellent customer services
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience.
N50,000.00 / month.
