Job Title: Engineering / Technical Sales Manager (Female)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Engineering / Technical Sales Manager will lead a department of highly motivated and productive sales engineering team.
  • She will co-ordinate and direct the department towards achieving the sales goals and service levels while being the leading interface of the organization to its clients under the services of the department.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • First Degree in Engineering
  • 5 years’ experience in Engineering Procurement, Technical Sales; Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Business Development
  • Deep foundation in Engineering and Technical knowledge
  • Strong Marketing Skills and Proficiency in building and maintaining Strong Customer Relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and computing skills – Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics, etc
  • Strong customer focus, good decision-making and negotiating skills.
  • Charisma and Self-confidence.
  • Honest, Diligent, Smart, Hardworking and Calm Personality.

  • Leading the department and Implementing business development strategy focused both on customer satisfaction
  • Build, grow and sustain business contacts, developing new markets and improving sales
