Job Description
- Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.
- Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem.
- Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
- Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
- Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
- Monitoring free time on the playground.
- Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
- Communicating with parents to better understand the children’s home lives and psyches.
- Writing up reports for parents on each child’s developmental progress.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, with a focus on early childhood development.
- 2-4 years work experience.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Ability to communicate with young children at their level.
- Patient, compassionate attitude, with a friendly, energetic disposition.
- Good mediation and nurturing abilities.
- Creative mindset with an ability to create memorable, out-of-the-box lessons.
- Passion for shaping and inspiring young minds.
Job Title: Food and Nutrition Teacher
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting dietary and nutritional research to inform teaching courses, policies, and practices.
- Developing educational programs, courses, presentations, and policies.
- Facilitating teaching seminars and presentations.
- Providing educational materials and resources.
- Consulting with clients to develop diet strategies and meal plans.
- Generating nutritional and assessment reports.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in nutrition and education.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) qualification.
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
Job Title: French Teacher
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Developing and planning french teaching strategies.
- Implementing teaching lessons according to the grade levels.
- Explaining to the students in the french language.
- Developing teaching materials and teaching aids.
- Performing administrative tasks if needed.
- Paying extra attention to struggling students.
- Preparing assessments like examinations and tests.
- Ensuring the students pronounce French words correctly.
- Conducting innovative sessions for students.
- Communicating with students in the French language.
- Preparing lessons as per the educational curriculum.
- Taking feedback from the students as well as parents.
- Organizing fun activities and events.
- Maintaining reports for future reference.
- Attending parents-teachers conferences as and when required.
- Researching various teaching methods and materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in the French language, French Literature, or a related field.
- 3 – 4 years work experience.
- Prior experience working as a French teacher or a similar role in the Educational field.
- Demonstrate excellent ability to converse in the French language.
