Job Title: Legal Officer (Preferably Male)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on a variety of legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements. The Legal Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and must live in VI or somewhere close.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting basic filing for FIRS and NSITF.
  • Drafting a wide variety of legal agreements.
  • Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
  • Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
  • Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
  • Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
  • Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the Legal Counsel & Company Secretary.
  • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.
  • Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A Graduate Degree in Law, B.Sc / LLB (minimum of second class lower).
  • A minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written &verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law; commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization’s objectives.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Good understanding of general and specific Company and commercial law.
  • Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in the Legal Unit as a whole.
  • Good research skills.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary NGN100,000 per month

Job Title: Accountant (Preferably Male)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on a variety of legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements.
  • The Legal Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
  • Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries
  • Documentation of financial transactions by updating account data
  • Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status
  • Collecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statement
  • Handling financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures
  • Directing accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering queries
  • Coordinating financial issues by collecting and analysing accounting data
  • Securing financial data by completing database backup
  • Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
  • Preparing payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.

Qualifications

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Male)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time.

Job Description

  • To deliver a high quality, efficient and effective property management service for the Organisation’s property portfolio including new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, easements, valuations and general estates management issues with the aim of creating value, maximising growth or improving the business performance of the organisation and its clients.
  • Ensuring hitch free internal and external customer experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and must live in VI or close by

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Preferably Male.

Job Title: Surveyor and Valuer (Male)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Inspection, Market Survey and Analysis of Asset
  • Valuation of Properties
  • Facility/property management
  • Marketing company properties for sale and letting
  • Business development through upgrading of portfolio
  • Liaising between the company and vendors
  • Tenant selection
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements closing statements, deeds and leases.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Build a network of agents and co-ordinate and develop a robust relationship with them for company by organizing quarterly meetings with them
  • Protects the company’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly report to the Managing Director

Communication Responsibilities:

  • Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature
  • Handle all inquiries within capacity

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc in Estate Management or related field
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization
  • You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a property
  • The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.
  • Preferably Male.

Compensation
Competitive salary NGN100,000 monthly (Plus 10% on every deal you close).
