Job Title: Senior Account Director

Location: Lagos, Nigeria – Remote
Contract Length: 12 Months

Role Mission

  • We are looking for a Senior Account Director. You would ideally be based on-site in our client’s HQ office in Ikeja, Nigeria or comfortable in a WFH (Work from Home) environment, with sufficient internet speed and space to work.
  • You will be part of a team that creates as well adapts a variety of work for one of our major international beverage clients, based in Nigeria.

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

  • Work in true collaboration with your client and be responsible for Brand Guardianship on the projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
  • Management of and running of creative and production team. Work with the your Creative Studio Manager to find solutions on day-to-day resource decisions
  • A deep understanding of the business; their needs, expectations and requirements in order to provide the best service and solution through close partnership in the key market. .
  • Feed into milestone project plans and ensure that this is communicated internally and externally
  • Supporting the BUD with handling issues of escalation/resolutions, pre-emptying these, managing all resource requirements, escalating potential issues + bottlenecks where necessary
  • KPI monitoring of the account for your local market
  • Work with your BUD on producing the market monthly MI reports, providing insight alongside the data
  • The ability to drive and motivate a team and project through to successful completion
  • Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing
  • You ideally need to come from a background in production with a strong delivery background.
  • You should already understand the process and nuances for delivery high volumes of adaptation work.
  • Growing strong relationships with the different agencies, including their creative origination agencies, media agencies.

Job Title: Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria – Remote
Contract Length: 12 Months

Role Mission

  • We are looking for a talented motion designer editor to join our team creating, as well as adapting a variety of work for one of our major international beverage clients, based in Nigeria.
  • These include but are not limited to: Online and broadcast video content, digital OOH, Shopper marketing, social media campaigns, eCommerce, and other digital content.
  • You will need to combine a deep understanding of trends inherent to the creative, beverage and retail industry with a varied skillset that will include motion design, editing, storyboarding and audio, as well as an understanding of creating assets/content for social, broadcast, shopper and ecommerce platforms.
  • You’ll need a flair for storytelling, all things motion, editing, photography as well as an eye for composition and design.

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

  • Creation of online and broadcast video content, explainer videos, case studies, sponsorship pieces, behind the scenes videos and gifs, through the use of 2D animation, motion graphics, editing, illustration, and live footage.
  • Storyboard and create presentations to get Client signoff before creating videos where necessary.
  • Work with a copywriter and or art director when necessary to create new storylines from existing assets based on origination briefs.
  • Retouching where required.
  • Master a variety of brand look and feels that are on Brand.
  • Present work to Client when required.
  • Help Client find solutions to their brief.
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and Client.
  • Support the design team with any overflow work when necessary.

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful

  • Diploma or related Degree in Motion, Editing, or Multimedia.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience
  • The ability to think conceptually and design across multiple mediums.
  • Great storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of pace, timing and how visuals and music work to combine exciting content.
  • Ability to create new video content from global assets.
  • A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
  • Good retouching skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
  • Beverage experience.
  • Good attention to detail, ability to quality check your own work, a proactive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Take ownership and responsibility.
  • Self-starter.
  • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including Media Encoder, Lightroom etc.
  • Postproduction house, broadcast experience advantageous.
  • Photography and experience in shooting your own video content is advantageous.

  • You’ll need a flair for all things art direction and design, be they TTL, digital, social and digital, or print.

  • You will lead a team of Creatives that develop as well as adapts a variety of work for a portfolio of premium beverage brands in Nigeria. These include but are not limited to: TTL campaigns, social media campaigns, eCommerce, digital campaigns, and shopper marketing.
  • As the Creative Director you will be responsible for the overall Creative output of the studio as well as delivering on briefs where necessary. You will need to work closely with the wider team to deliver work to exacting standards, specs, and timelines.
  • You will need to combine a deep understanding of trends inherent to the creative, beverage and retail industry with a varied skillset that will include conceptual thinking, Copy/Design/Art Direction for all forms of digital content, shopper, as well as have an understanding of motion design, social and ecommerce platforms and their ways of working.
  • You’ll need a flair for ideas, words, and design, whether in a digital, social, ecommerce, shopper or a TTL environment.

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

  • Oversee the Creative work to meet Client’s brief and exacting standards.
  • Champion best practice and creative excellence in the creative team.
  • Direct and review the team’s work to ensure the highest quality, accuracy and consistency as well as Brand compliance.
  • Mentorship and line management of the department.
  • Drive training and development of the department.
