Job Description

  • An outstanding Adminstrative Assistant write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff. Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Organising travel arrangements for senior managers.

Their major Job Duties includes:

  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prioritization and problem-solving.
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • OND / HND / BSc in Managerial and Customer related course of study.
  • Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking.
  • 1-5 years work experience.
  • Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
