We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Marketing Officer

Locations: Abuja and Lagos


  • To grow the business profit by increasing sales
  • To increase awareness, create interest, generate sales
  • To make a sales target of 5m monthly

Job Description

  • Contact Business entities and private individuals to solicit sales of company’s products/services.
  • Work with other marketing team members to brainstorm new and innovative
  • growth strategies
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the marketing heads to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop creative strategies to retain, clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
  • Deliver promotional and sales presentations that describes Company’s products/services to persuade potential and existing customers to purchase
  • Interact with potential customers, answering questions about products, and performing the final sale of the product
  • Develop and work on sales campaign
  • Designing and implementing Marketing Plans for company products
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers, prepare and submit quotes and bids/bids documents


  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 4 years relevant work experience.

Knowledge And Skill Requirment:

  • Effective speaking, writing, presenting and active listening skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to build rapport, listen, persuade and negotiate
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Advanced level of computer literacy.
