Job Title: Cook / Kitchen Assistant
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Skills and Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / FSLC qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months kitchen/cooking experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accountability and Record keeping skills
- Written and Oral Fluency in English and any other language.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
- Disposing of rubbish
- Organising linen laundry
- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
Salary
N30,000 – N35,000 monthly.
