Job Title: Freelance Real Estate / Facility Management Marketer
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the management
- Identify key players in the real estate and facility management sector
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities in real estate/facility management through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Process and manage customer invoices and quotations
- Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by line manager.
Requirements
- ND / HND / B.Sc in a related field
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years cognate experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Skilled in marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and result driven
- Skilled in delivering attractive presentations.
- Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive
- Prior experience in the Real Estate or Facility Management Sector would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English
