UnoCasa Limited – Our client, a rapidly expanding Facility Management Company located in Lagos State, seeks the services of an astute candidate for the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing customer-friendly and efficient customer-focused service.
  • Ensuring a customer-first approach at all times when dealing with client queries made either in person or via telephone.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND in any field with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience in customer service roles or relevant position.
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors and clients and direct them to the relevant people in the office
  • Answer phones and take accurate messages
  • Attend meetings to record minutes
  • Perform general administration duties
  • Maintain smooth running reception desk.
