Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Employment Type: Full-time
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing customer-friendly and efficient customer-focused service.
- Ensuring a customer-first approach at all times when dealing with client queries made either in person or via telephone.
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND in any field with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Proven work experience in customer service roles or relevant position.
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude.
- Meet and greet visitors and clients and direct them to the relevant people in the office
- Answer phones and take accurate messages
- Attend meetings to record minutes
- Perform general administration duties
- Maintain smooth running reception desk.
