Job Title: Head, Marketing

Job Objective
- To provide direction and leadership for all marketing initiatives that will lead to achieving steady cashflow in the Company
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience in Banking, Finance, Treasury Management or Marketing
- Proficiency in online digital platforms required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic understanding of foreign exchange market
- Basic understanding of foreign exchange trading platforms
- Proficiency in the use of computer; good presentation skills; analytical skills; negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Leads his team to grow organization’s marketing activities, presence and product visibility / awareness in the state and beyond
- Leads his team to generate traffic for forex trading with the Company
- Recommends to clients’ competitive foreign exchange rates based on market performance
- Providing of regular training on foreign exchange to prospective and existing clients
- Performs market research, analyze market condition and work with clients to learn of their financial goals and growth
- Keep up to date and monitor market trends, economic news and conditions in order to keep their clients informed about their trading license.
Remuneration
- Salary: N25,000 – N150,000 / month
- A basic pay with attractive transport and performance bonus
