Duties and Responsibilities
- The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the innovation and development of new and relevant enterprise digital products and offerings that enriches customer experience while increasing acquisition and retention.
- The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities within the current offerings and updating stakeholders with the relevant reports and analysis for all levels of the business.
- With a thorough understanding of market trends, new technologies and competitor offerings, the candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to eliminate product barriers to achieving sales, customer and revenue targets – from product development, deployment, marketing for awareness, channel execution and trade presence.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class) in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration from a reputable university. Professional qualifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE is also required along with a project management certification. An MBA from reputable institutions is an added advantage.
- The candidates must have proven work experience with a minimum of 8 – 10 years relevant experience in Telecoms/ISP/Technoloqy vendor industries with a strong background and experience in developing, managing and selling Digital/Next Generation IT, Fixed & Mobility products such as Date Centre, Cloud, Hosted (SasS, lasS, PaaS), Managed IT, SDWAN, loT, fixed / wireless / satellite / IP / GSM / UMTS / LTE / IN / Data / VAS / Security / packet switched / circuit switched networks, etc. Using agile and DevOps capabilities to deliver modern applications in a shorter time frame is integral to this role.
- Ability to multitask including managing several projects, with solid project and change management skills.
- Ability to align, inspire and influence outsourced/external partners and teams for results.
- A can-do attitude, strong leadership, and organizational management skills.
- Good problem solving, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
