Key Account Manager in a Digital Payment Institution

A newly licensed Digital Payment Institution in Nigeria with strong affiliation to one of the leading Mobile Telecommunication in Africa desires to recruit a highly competent, talented, self-motivated and result oriented individual to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager

  • Onboarding and seeding of Enterprise and Merchants as per the requirement of AREA/LGA/STATE for MoneyMaster PSB
  • Ensure deployment of visibility elements at the merchant point to increase value and volume transaction of merchants.
  • Trouble shooting of major issues in-terms of Enterprise / Merchant operations of his business vertical.
  • Track on-going initiatives in the Market, report competition activity and make available recommendations for decision making, Training to Enterprise / Merchant and their staff
  • Ensure value and volume targets for Enterprise and Merchant business to be delivered as per the monthly /quarterly / yearly business plans
  • Manage, Coordinate and Monitor Enterprise / Merchant activities & their performance as per business plan, Ensure full compliance on KYC across Enterprise / Merchant networks.
  • Daily/Weekly / Monthly review and calls on operational updates with Regional Head & Business Head.


  • Good University Degree from a reputable University.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales for Enterprise / FMCG / Banking Sector & Merchant management
  • Experience in Enterprise, Merchant & Sales Management an added advantage
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams with knowledge in MS Office.
  • Good communication in-the local language, networking and interpersonal skills will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Enterprise Business will be an added advantage. Territorial knowledge would be added advantage.
  • Degree in any Social discipline or Sales and Marketing from a recognized university;
